Dr. Ye has been our family dr. for my elderly parents and my husband . She is very thoughtful caring and during the past 3yrs since 2020 its been challenging for all dr she is helpful over calls or in person . She has been very helpful and patient with my parents who can be quite hard to deal with. She is helpful when my husband had checkup 2021 her assistant Kathy is great and very caring and helpful. I am sorry to see negatives posts but honestly I have witnessed her carefor my parents well over 10+yrs as well as my husband

I really hope Dr Ye can listen to patients and find the real problem. not "everything OK", not all "due to old age". if not sure, please kindly refer patient to a specialist. i do not want go to detail, but sometimes she just thought/believe that's the problem, then period. she was wrong some cases. Not every resonable request is a "wastle of goverment resource". Please Dr Ye, some mistake can be serious. I respect you, you can be a good dr.

Very poor knowledge. Cold blooded, Terrible attitude. She doesn't care her patient at all. Avoid this doctor for your health and safety! !

Dr Ye, has been my family doctor for over 10 years. She is very responsible, caring, nice and knowledgeable. If I have any concerns about my health, she would give me some helpful suggestions and remove my worries. Only the receptionist needs to improve their services.

Very unprofessional! She thinks she knows it all and spoke to me a condescending tone. Thought I would give her a chance even though she has mediocre reviews and hard to find a female doctor in this area, but I will definitely not return.

Dr Ye, has been my GP for over 10 year, She is very nice and knowledgeable. Her front desks are also good. They recognize you over the phone even.
