Dr. Singh, Franny, and the rest of the staff are always so wonderful. They always take the time to answer any questions I have in a friendly, knowledgeable manner. I never feel rushed or dismissed at this office. They are also very accommodating and ensure that I get in when I need to. I have gone here for years and have never had a negative experience.

I've been going to this dental practice since I was a small child, and have stayed since Dr Singh took over. Now my husband and children go here too. We only had a concern once in all these years and Dr Singh and his staff were excellent at addressing, and were were very happy with the outcome. They have given our family excellent care and the staff is very friendly and competent. I would highly recommend them.

I used to be terrified of the dentist but Dr Singh took the time to talk about my dentist experiences when I was a kid and made huge efforts to help me get over them. His staff are all friendly and gentle, and I've never had an issue waiting for my scheduled appointments. They've been able to squeeze me in on short notice when I had a tooth pain and are always professional. I moved to Guelph and still make the drive to Dr. Singh's office. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

After moving away from Kitchener/Waterloo, my wife and I were unable to find satisfactory dental care and remained as patients of Dr. Singh. He and his staff continue to provide us with expert care and a positive attitude. The office will go above and beyond, as illustrated on a recent visit. I had broken an old filling on the morning of a visit scheduled for a cleaning and check up. He made room in his busy pre-vacation schedule to make the repair, saving us a long drive and time for a return visit. Much appreciated!

Horrible experience at the last cleaning appoitment. Staff was 20 minutes late taking me in. Receptionist seems clueless about my previous insurance changes, high staff turnover constantly new faces, very unprofessional office and “managment”. DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!!
