Dr Tan and his team have consistently provided me with world class service over my years of attendance. They discussed all treatment options and walked me through a complete dental transformation, starting with treatment of existing issues through to porcelain veneers / bridges where needed after knocking some teeth out in an accident. It was a giant overhaul which took over six months and was done with the highest levels of precision at each stage. The bedside manner of the entire team is caring, funny and thorough. No question will be left unanswered and the staff ensure you feel safe enough to ask those awkward questions. Nothing ever feels like a hassle to the team. Their service appears "effortless", however it's completely obvious a high level of training, attention to detail, customer service and hygiene is the centre of their values and their work is delivered with pride. I highly recommend Dr Dan Tan and Associates, no matter what budget or issues you may have.

He always does exceptional work, never does anything unnecessary and is working with me to keep my teeth in my head for the rest of my life rather than lining his pockets. I have been with Dr Daniel Tan for over 11years and have always found him to be very professional, caring and friendly. (He has a great sense of humour) Nothing is too much trouble and unlike so many professionals Dr Dan actually listens to you. I highly recommend this practice.

Highly professional; polite, straightforward, efficient. Thoroughly attentive & caring. Dr Tan is what all dentists should be. I completely recommend his service, having been a client of many years. His practice is run properly; assistants that are on the ball, receptionists that know their jobs fully. Every visit is calm, painless, pleasant. The surgery has a large, bright, open plan waiting room with heat pump/air con. Also plenty of easy free parking. 5 Stars all round.

Amazing service. You can't keep everyone happy. Dr Tan is wonderful and provides excellent service each time I visit. Some people cannot be pleased and expect the world. I recommend Dr Tan to everyone I know.

Incredibly low quality service. Cleaning took less than 30 seconds which is an indication of how careless it was. Filling procedure was incredibly rushed and low quality. It was like going to a McDonald's dentist. Fast service, rude staff, and poor quality product. The hygienist used only 1 tray for the floride so essentially did only half of my teeth. She said "keep it in for 1 minute." After 15 seconds I was told to spit it out. I would never go again to this dentist, even if I was paid. I think I left with dirtier teeth then when I came. I would not recommend this low quality dentist to anyone.
