Blue Cross / Blue Shield
Staff is not polite (except the nurses) not willing to help and they charge a lot to make copies of your own records. The dortor talks like Cindy Brady and doesn't really listen to you eventhough he acts like it. He will do whatever you ask him to do as far as writing rx's or referrals but is that the best thing for you? I get the feeling he wants to be in and out of there as soon as possible.
