Dr. Punia is rare in that he is an honest physician that goes by the book. He won't prescribe additional medication or succumb to the patient's wimb if he doesn't feel it's necessary. That is very difficult to find because many doctors will do whatever it takes to make patients happy even if it means being unethical. I have seen many internists and I was the most impressed with Dr. Punia. He could easily make more money by prescribing whatever the patient wants and being chatty but he is very ethical and disciplined. Sure, he is a bit soft-spoken and not very talkative but he takes a fatherly approach to his patients. He could improve his punctuality as he does take a bit too much time with each patient.
