My wife was treated by Dr. Teitelbaum in February and broke out in severe rashes for months. It's August, and she still has itchy rashes, even after stopping all of Teitelbaum's recommendations for a month. Her staff didn't send product to her. Admittedly one time the post office screwed up, but not the other times. Dr. Teitelbaum was not available for a week at a time and wasn't really helpful.

Teitelbaum claimed the rashes were due to purifying toxins when it was an obvious allergic reaction to SVA products.

The claim about the liver needing more detoxing than Indian livers because our diet and environment are worse is good marketing, but complete BS. If anyone has visited India or read about their diet and nutrition , the average American diet isn't better or worse. And if anyone has looked up India's production and use of insecticides and pesticides, and their lack of water and sewer regulations, it is so much worse than the environment in North America.
The SVA Kool Aid looks good and tastes good and might work, but try it with someone with a responsible practice.

Dr.Teitelbaum is incredible in detecting the root cause of symptoms and prescribing treatment to address the root cause. Thank you for being such a trusted resource.

I saw a corneal specialist for TEN (10) years at U Penn Hospital for herpes simplex in one eye. He said it would, hopefully, burn itself out. Meanwhile if would flare up occasionally and, as I now know, left scar tissue on the cornea. I also had a cataract on that eye from the steroid drops to keep the herpes controlled. A friend told me about Marianne and I only considered seeing her because I had other problems beginning. She is a fount of knowledge and freely gives her patients printouts, lends teaching tapes on how our bodies actually work (do our docs even understand that anymore?) and many of her recipes to help our digestion, and relieve the burden of the liver and kidneys. I was sincerely taken aback by her interest and kind demeanor. Since going on the herbal drops, which pull the herpes virus from your body, I have not had another flareup from the herpes. If I had seen her earlier, I would still have vision in that eye. For congestion she put me on an herbal cream (I know sounds crazy) and after having asthma and bronchitis, with many rounds of antibiotics to clear the lungs for 30 years, I have had NO problems with bronchitis for 2 whole years. I know changes in diet have helped, but for a person who seasonal allergies, this is amazing. She tells her patients to use ghee- DO IT! That alone took care of a commom problem that three female doctors attributed to age. This took a few months for me to notice so be prepared to give these changes a bit of time, especially if you have had the problems for years. Dr Teitlebaum is very upfront about what she cannot help you with, she also recommends diagnostic tests for some problems. My husband finally got on board when he saw how my health improved. I live far from NJ now but continue to see Dr T once or twice a year. I trust her implicitly. Mary W

I have just started seeing Dr. Teitelbaum- after exhausting traditional medicine. I think she may sometimes be a doctor of last resort for many. I am reading just a few negative comments- and feel this is unjust. If you want a quick fix with a script slapped in your hand- don't see her. If you want to take control of your health & life- and commit the time that obviously requires- go in and learn with a serious commitment to change.

I think Teitelbaum and Mishra are a sham. I saw her repeatedly and she kept diagnosing me with leg pain whereas I had a dvt and all the symptoms associated with it. She being a chiropractor couldn't even suspect dvt and I ended up with a clot in my lungs and on Coumadin for the rest of my life. If you wish you stay I one piece. Stay away from her and Mishra.

I can't recommend her enough. The proof is in the pudding when you see the countless patients who have been made truly well.

Dr. Teitelbaum is an amazing doctor. She has incredible knowledge and has been incredibly helpful to us. Her understanding of the human body and how to heal continues to amaze me. Our family continues to rely less and less on western medicine as we deal with people like Dr. Teitelbaum, who really have a deep understanding of healing. I think she is a little reserved when you first meet her, but she is actually quite warm hearted. I quite genuinely can't say enough good things about her.

I am a nurse practitioner and have sought out western medicine for over 30 years to help me with a hormone disorder without success. Dr. Teitlebam was able to diagnosis and treat my condition within a month, I was feeling a lot better. I have been able to go off of several medications used for medical conditions since the herbs she has prescribed for me has brought balance & optimal health to my organ ssystems.
