I had severe pain in my hip. I couldn't bend over or stand easily. The MD took an xray, saw nothing and recc stretching and Motrin. I went for two more weeks with minor improvement and a lot of Motrin. I saw Dr Franklin, explained my symptoms and in one visit she relieved most of the pain. Two visits later, it was like I had a new hip. My son loves her too!! Highly recc.

Dr. Franklin saw my grandmother and recommended procedures that she wasn't qualified to recommend. No offense to chiropractors, but their level of expertise is limited, based on their level of medical education. When question by a board certified MD. by phone, her explanation for the recommended procedure showed her limited knowledge. She was then short, claimed she had patients to see, and basically hung up the phone.

Very good, courteous and knowledgeable doctor an asset to the Dallas and Houston arena. She has provided and supported our staff and patients that we could not have attained elsewhere.

Dr. Franklin was prompt, her staff was courtous, offered refreshments in waiting area, did not have to wait more than 5 minutes. She asked questions and listened, offered information on primary, traditional, non-traditional and alternatives. Her facility was clean, quite and secure. She is a great doctor, and had other professionals available for questions.
