I have been seeing Dr. Borst for years. I too have had issues with his staff in the past. I had some account issues about a year ago. Rebecca (his VERU RUDE office manager) was "looking into it" and promised me a resolution. That never happened. She informed me that my account would be placed in collection if I didn't pay my very small balance within in 24 hours. She also told me that if I paid it then, she would have a resolution within 10 days. NEVER HAPPENED. My wife and I had many discussions about how someone with her poor attitude and not so great appearance would be hired to handle Dr. Borsts patients. The GOOD NEWS. I had an appointment recently and I guess the good Dr. had some staff changes. The girl at the desk was wonderful, and as caring as can be. I told her of my our past experience with the staff. She spent much time listening to my experience, guaranteed me it would never happen with the new staff and told me she would look into the problem from almost a year ago and see if there was anything she could do to help. Within 3 hours she called our home and had the whole issue figured out and solved. After pondering making a move (even though we love Dr Borst, just couldn't handle the staff) we are now staying.
