I just went to Dr. Herskovits' office for the first time and was extremely pleased. The place was bright and clean, the whole staff was friendly, and I only had to wait around 20 min past my appointment time. The PA and the Dr both asked me for all of my concerns. I was extremely nervous but Dr. Herskovits was extremely kind and cheerful, discussed all of my issues, expressed sensitivity during the small surgical procedure and kept me talking the whole time to help distract me from the treatment. PS, I didn't feel a THING, and left incredibly relieved about finally taking care of something I'd wanted to for years but was too scared.
