I've been seeing Dr. Ken since I was 18 years old, and he's always been fantastic to work with and stays current. Many people don't realize the importance of good primary care. Dr. Ken is always on top of things and is current with the latest research. He's got a great bedside manner and has a great sense of humor for a doc. He and his father Elwyn have 2 different approaches to medicine, but both are very good. I highly recommend.

I agree that Dr. Ken is an excellent dr. that has great bedside manner and does a great job in trying to diagnose and treat problems in a scientific and logical way. However, his front office staff offers customer service you'd find at USPS or at the registry. They are rude, curt, and unhelpful. Also, his medical asst. Erica doesn't know how to return a phone call.

Dr. Ken is an amazing doctor with a wonderful bedside manner. He has access to the best physicians and is extremely knowledgeable. If he doesn't know something, he does his research. His office staff, however, is extremely rude and less than helpful when you call or request something. I dread going to his office because I don't like the way his staff treats me.

The doctor is great, but the nursing and office staff is mainly family and the service is mediocre to poor.

The doctor is great!!!! The office manager is a bit of pain but the doctor and his assist make it worth while to put up with her. I wish she would relax and be nicer.

An excellent doctor who listens to his patients. He is thorough without being alarmist, and ready to discuss both medical and nonmedical options as appropriate. I highly recommend Dr. Ken.

Dr Ken is great. Front office manager sometimes seems cold. Ken is a star and his staff pulls him down.
