I was referred to Dr. Young for a colonoscopy. He was thorough and pleasant. I had researched possible complications, so I was aware that even a routine procedure can go wrong. When I asked him about complications, I received an honest, direct answer which was much appreciated. Procedure was done at a new out-patient hospital. A problem with my insurance company was quickly worked out by his insurance clerk.
