Dr. Williams is very arrogant and unethical! He tried billing me for procedures I never recieved and then instead of apologizing or even explaining he had a staff member call me and fire me from the practice because as she said "I shouldn't question the doctor"!! Do not go to his practice or even send an enemy there. I work in a billing office and I knew he was filing a false insurance claim. If you want to stay healthy stay away from Dr. Williams.

He was condescending and rude. His knowledge was fair but there are other better informed and kind physicians in Louisville.
