Very rude doesnt listen ended up getting second opinion he was wrong and it almost cost me my life.

I visited Dr Polukoff after experiencing a cryptogenic stroke. I have never been treated so rudely by a Dr before. I asked my wife to come with me on the second visit to observe. Not even the same Dr. He was being very flirtatious with my wife. I have canceled all future appointments and would definitely not recommend Dr Polukoff to another Patient. I would think IHC would want to know the particulars, but they are not interested.

Dr. Polukoff is great. He explained my heart condition to me in terms I could understand. We discussed my options for treatment. He is very patient and kind. He is also very knowledgeable. However, his nurses are not. They are rude and really don't care about the patients. They have no compassion or kindness. I called with some questions about how I was feeling and wanted to have the nurses give the message to Dr. Polukoff to see if he wanted to move forward with one of the options we discussed at my visit. She diagnosed me over the phone. She never gave the message to the doctor. I called again to clarify a test order and the nurses treated me the same way. I have had to straighten out the test order myself! His front desk staff is very friendly and willing to help. Thumbs up to the front desk staff!
