9/1/2017 I Accompanied my mother to have a routine Angioplasty procedure by Dr. Andrew West and he NEGLIGENTLY cut (“dissected”) her artery. She died 48 hours later in the ICU. My mother’s name “is” Jetherell Beard. She never came home to her husband, her children, her grandchildren. The ensuing trauma endured is indescribable.
