Dr. Theodoru is very knowledgeable and also courteous. Although he does use his computer to log the session, I found that by sitting in the seat next to his desk with the computer rather than on the bench, there was good eye contact and he did show sincerity to my condition and answered all my questions. I was also impressed on his punctuality, given what another reviewer mentioned. His staff was professional and also courteous. I am glad I finally found a doctor that listens to his patients.

Staff is courteous but less than helpful and shows little respect for patients or their time. Dr. Theodoru was late for appointment, and spent little time looking up from his computer screen - if the visit was only intended to populate their database, it could have done by a nurse. Staff provides multiple annoying reminders of upcoming appointments, but do not notify patients of availability of reports, prescriptions, etc. (even when asked to do so).
