Chaos! Dishonest! Lousy service! and vey unorganized office and billing.
I called this office as a result of my insurance change. I called to see Dr. Wirta since he was approved as a provider with my insurance company. Mediocre compare to my previous eye visits at different providers. As I was living I was set up for an appointment for the annual eye exam for the following year. My first visit checked out mediocre and soon after I got a bill for the co-pay which I immediately paid through online banking; however, weeks later, I kept receiving bills for the same co pay I had already paid. I called to inquire I was told that the payment was not received. I had to trace it with my bank to provide proof that I had paid in order to correct the mistake of this medical office. Not very organized and service is also as miserable as care. I later received a call the day before my annual exam to confirm my appointment with Dr. Savy!? My insurance approved provider is Dr. Wirta and as I hear eye exam with Dr. Salvy, I told the caller that my insurance company approved provider is a different doctor or provider. Rather than she explains that Dr. Salvy works for the same approved provider, she cancels my appointment and when I called Dr. Wita’s office the next morning before my appointment I am told” well, you have cancelled your appointment!? Do you want to make another one!?” Another sign of chaos in this office. I have waited one year for my annual exam and when it come due, I am told it was cancelled!? How can one trust this provider with this much chaos in their system!? There are many other doctors who do not sacrifice patient care for the sole purpose of profits. I do not mind paying for the service but would like to at least get descent care and service.

Dr.Wirta is by far the best doctor I've ever been to,and believe me I've been to a lot:)I've had several basal cell carcinomas near my eye that required surgery and he did an amazing job..Round 2 is in a few weeks, but I know I'm in great hands with Dr.Wirta...wouldn't go to anybody else.He's always on time,takes time answering questions and extremely nice.The staff is as well, and will help in anyway possible.
