Dr. Cedeno is the nicest doctor I've ever had. He takes time to explain diagnoses and treatment options. Unfortunately the office manager in his practice is the exact opposite. She tried to force me to sign an insurance form that I did not agree with and when I didn't sign, she jerked the paperwork from my hands, crumpling the papers up in a ball and called me a crazy lady. I've never seen such unprofessional behavior in my life and for it to come from an office manager is even worse. I am still in shock by her behavior.
