Should not be practicing medicine at all. We'd been patients for almost 20 years and were told that he wouldn't see my husband anymore. He's disabled (and Hurlbut never talked to me in the hospital ONCE) and had been in for appointments -though none of them were considered "full physicals". Then I'm told that since he hadn't had a "full physical" in over 3 years that he was considered a new patient and Hurlbut wasn't accepting Medicare patients. REALLY? And when he was blacking out and the EMTs thought he was having a mini-stroke, Hurlbut tells me to change his diet and "eat more like spring"? What an idiot.

He is the worst doctor I have ever used. He may work at a family physicians office, but he is THE WORST! Do not use him as a doctor for yourself or your children. He may be smart in the field of medicine, but it all comes down to how he treats the patients. When you tell someone that they are probably just having a miscarriage and that they need to get over it!! Who does that?? Well he does. When you are having problems breathing and are having a panic attack because you can't breath, he just tell them that there is nothing he can do, not even give them suggestions on what they can do to calm down ! He is the reason people hate going to the doctors. Trust me there are WAY better physicians at South Lincoln Family Physicians, and the staff is the best!!! So if you go to SLFP go with any other doctor but him!! (personally I would recommend Dr. Denell, he is amazing)
