In the job only for money. Wait hours. Staff is terrible because they work for him.

Waited over an hr in the waiting room then 45 minutes in the actual office room. When Doctor Hammoud arrived he was reading my chart on a Ipad. Started questioning me about things that I knew nothing about. The "Doctor" then called me the wrong name. When I said excuse me but I am Mr. XYZ he said ohhhh and then looked up my chart on the IPAD, said my levels were improving, and to come back in 6 months. As you may have guessed that was the end for Him. I am starting over with a new Doctor this afternoon. we will see how this one goes

I called the nurse at least 5 times before I actually got a call back and she made me make an appointment.waited almost 2 hours in the waiting room for something I could have been told over the phone. still do not feel anything was resolved. going somewhere else....

It is very obvious this doctor is in the business of making money---from all the little fees he continues to create, to the two minute office call just to get you in and collect the visit charge. This is the third time my situation could have been handled over the phone with no office visit needed.
