His staff is very efficient and helpful. I wish his waiting room was bigger though, I feel like people are constantly running into each other becasue the waiting area is long and narrow. The doctor is extremely nice and friendly and spends enough time listening, he could slow down a little but his practice is pretty busy so I can see why he has to rush around. I've never been kept waiting, he has seen me on time each time I went, I hope it continues to be like that. Most doctors nowadays think it is acceptable to keep patients waiting for 30 mins and more, as if our time is not important.
