I live with one of her drug addicted creations...she plays neurologist, not that I see this in her credentials...and continues to OVER PRESCRIBE ADDICTIVE DRUGS, that have increased his dementia....she should be locked Up.........a bloody disgrace...she should stay a night or week with her subjects, and deal with the Vicious Abuse we have to endure........savage

Dr Baumgarner called me and scolded me for using medicine that was given to me by a friend for conjunctivitis. At 60 years of age, I’ve experienced this eye infection before, so I knew the symptoms. I have a brain. She literally belittled and fussed at me to the point I couldn’t get a word in, as if I was a child . Highly emotional and highly over reactive!

The worst experience that I have ever had with a Dr. She referred me to a specialist yet never provided the test results. I lost $1,500 out of pocket for the test. She was very cantankerous when I questioned her about the results. The staff of the Dr. who provided the test informed me that the results are sent to the referring physician. She denied this, and said it was my responsibility to get the results. Over all her care was lackluster and her follow up left much to be desired. I do not recommend this Dr.

Every visit is like the first time, you get calls from some place that she wants you to have an EEG, an EMG, allergy testing, sleep study, on & on & this is the 1st you've heard about it?! Staff is terrible & rude & short except for Priscilla. Med. assistants do not return calls or call in your prescriptions. Wait time is long, she leaves room & tells you she'll be "right back" but goes in another room so you don't get your questions answered. And this is after being a patient for many years.

Dr. B. is one of the most understanding and caring doctors I have ever met. My son is a 46 years old brain damaged man. He also has type 2 diabetes and has gone to Dr. B for several years. She treats my son wonderfully. Is honest with him and if she's not sure about a condition she refers him to a specialist. He's had many many doctors through the years and I think she rates at the top. Thank you also to the very kind staff and efficient response. No long waiting room time. Katheryn LACAZE.. Rude. Told me i needed to find another Dr. after I told her about the long wait and poor service. Also told me to go back to my previous Dr. for an issue I told her wasn't resolve. Whaaat?

She is NOT A TRUE DR. Do yourselves a huge FAVOR Run! She'stotally unprofessional and VERY RUDE, OBNOXIOUS AND IS MORE INTERESTED IN REMOVING ILL PATIENTS FROM RECEIVING MEDICARE/MEDICAID THAN PROVIDING TREATMENT. THE Woman is clinically INSANE!!!! I am sure she will be recorded by a patient and SUED FOR EVERY PENNY SHE'S EARNED. I WILL NEVER REFER TO HER AS A DR.!!!

staff-christine,anthony williams. not only not helpful but dishonest as well. viginia rude and codescending on phone. NEVER called back...ever in the years i was with them.williams assured my family that calls will be returned after a meeting with him... NEVER HAPPENED... even calls to him.staff couldnt care less about patients and Baumgarner will stand behind them 100% even to the point of telling you off on the phone.
