office moved wasn't aware. Got original office on time then called office and was told to take cab up to 41st from nyu hospitalhospital. Was treated poorly by useless staff and then told dr could not see us.

The doctor herself is a knowledgeable, caring and (mostly) thorough physician. Unfortunately, the office had some unfortunate management issues: 1-patient difficulty in making appointments AND in availing oneself of the nutrition and other medical specialties available there; 2-repeated (and time-consuming) billing issues. Additionally, when my BP was checked there, it was always 20-30 points higher than at the office of my internist or my gynecologist. This led to urging me to take medications I don't need. Finally, despite my liking the doctor, I opted for another endocrinologist where I don't have these continual challenges.
