I have been coming to Dr. Lavadia since my daughter was born. I have then switched my older 2 with her. She's extremely caring and goes out of her way for the patients. My children love her and we'll continue with her.

The doctor never wants to have her reputation tainted for the mistakes made by her staff. But, I believe that all complaints and positive reviews should be considered when choosing your doctor. The mistakes made by staff can also affect your child. As a parent, bringing in my children into the doctor's office is stressful enough. Having to deal with the unnecessary problems afterwards can be corrected if the doctor and staff had better communication. I think it trickles down from the Doctor to her staff members. I'm just saying...

My children have been coming to Dr. Lavadia's office for 6 years. She should not be rated by her staff if they are lacking in their area but by her expertise and her work ethic. One example, she has gone above for my youngest son when he had jaundis real bad and she was in constant contact with us trying to get him admitted in the peds unit at St. Jude or Choc Hospital in Santa Ana. There are never enough good comments that circulate and too many bad comments get recognition. The way I see it is this: You are missing out on a wonderful doctor.

Terrible doctor, her staff is incompetent, her office is dirty & she lacks senstivity. Do not go to her!!
