Biography
K. Leslie Dean, MD, FACOG, graduated from LSU Health Sciences Center-Shreveport School of Medicine, where she also completed an internship and OB-GYN residency. During residency she was named chief resident. She is board certified in OB-GYN by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Dean provided women with OB-GYN care for many years before she joined Gynecologic Oncology Associates in 2018. The clinic is part of Willis Knighton Cancer Center in Shreveport, Louisiana. Dr. Dean prides herself on personalized treatment for women’s health. Her treatment focus is robotic hysterectomy and laser and laparoscopic procedures. Professional memberships for Dr. Dean include Louisiana State Medical Society and Northwest Louisiana Medical Society. She is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (FACOG).

Dr. Dean is direct and no frills but she is extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. I'd rather have a doctor who I can trust with my and my baby's health than someone who chit-chats to make friendly conversation but can't give a proper diagnosis.
