Worst office ever! Show up one hour early (if my appointment is at 11, I should be there at 11. If you want me at 10, then that's my appointment time). Find out that they cancelled the appointment.

Why?

They called because they could not confirm insurance.

We know, we called back, during office hours. Their message said they were closed, and to call back "during office hours." We reached the service, and left the cell number we'd be able to receive calls on, because we would be out all day.

They claimed they called three times. They claimed they called the number we left.

They lied.

They instead called the number on file, the one we said we would not be at.

So, when caught in the lie, they doubled down, and lied more.

Totally unprofessional. Would not recommend this office to anyone.
