Absolutelty wonderful;good with complex cases, and does not rush so that patients may be much more successful at remembering important issues. I do not think punctuality should be weighted as heavily as helpfulness and knowledge.

Dr. McKenzie is kind, knowledgeable, interested, easy to talk to. She may run alittle behind but that is because she spends alot of time with her patients. She will make a point of calling you with information you may need. Dr. Mc Kenzie's staff is wonderful as well. They treat you like an old friend.
