Blue Cross / Blue Shield
The appt. was over 1.5 hrs late. Bloodwork was done same day. In 3 wks I left many messages for test results. No response from Dr. Unacceptable and unprofessional on all levels. Dr was referred from ER visit. Had to get results from my primary. Will report to the hospital as such. Dr Quack in my opinion.
