Blue Cross / Blue Shield
Dr. Hoover is a great surgeon, but not good at finding out why I keep getting sinus infections. He just tells you to use the nasla rinses which I do, and the nasal sprays. Every time I go there I get a bill for 400 from KU Med Center, even though I have Blue Cross, they said it was a proceedure to llok up my nose, but other ENTS only cahrge the copay. I don't know why. But I cannot afford to keep going to hi, plus he doesn't help me.
