Dr Virro is an incredible dr. I had seen another specialist and within 20 minutes they said I’d never conceive naturally and they wanted to book ivf asap. I got a second opinion with Dr Virro, He found part of the source of my infertility, fixed the issues he could and I was able to conceive my two children. He was kind, understanding and so knowledgeable . Without him, I would have spent so much on ivf treatments that’s that never would have a successful pregnancy. He is a phenomenal dr and would highly recommend . Sad he’s retired

I am so glad that he has retired and that our time has ended with this clinic. We never ended up getting pregnant here despite the thousands of dollars we spent. Tina was incredibly rude, Shannon took days to respond to you and was very cold and Dr. Virro would spend 5 minutes with you before hurrying you out to see the next person. This review is a result of how my husband and I realized that we were just a money grab for him and were treated like farm animals. Unless you have unlomoted funds - stay away from MFC.

I am so glad he has retired. I did get pregnant under his care, but he was often very unprofessional. His staff especially Tina was uncourteous and rude. He never looked at file until I was in his room. Our initial meeting to discuss embryology results, he had his golf channel playing behind us on TV mounted on the wall behind us, talking to us and watching TV at the same time. He was often on vacation and the care and discussions were often disjointed as I had a different doctor do my procedure every time and rarely had him actually do any procedures. Our consultations were no more than 5 minutes long and one time he hurried me out the door so he can see the next patient and max his billing for the day. I am sure he made a fortune and he should have retired a while ago. I am sure he made more than enough money for a luxurious retirement even years ago. I will always remember that I was treated like a number sometimes like an animal at his office.

I am so glad that he has retired. I've spent the most precious time of my fertility journey with him and only to realize that he messed up my file. I am not giving him a negative review because I didn't get pregnant in the end, this negative review is as a result of how I realized the level of care and effort was spent on my case. Would a more caring and detailed doctor make a difference in my outcome? I certainly not hope so but I cannot help to think that it might. Dr. Virro, maybe you're at the end of your career and you don't really care what other people think about you, but I want to let you know that we may all be just a regular client or your "cash cow", a fertility doctor represents hope for us.

As someone who has seen 2 other doctors before for three years of wasted time, Dr. Virro was the only doctor who found a reason for my infertility, knew how to treat it and got me pregnant within months. His is the only clinic (that I know of) that practices a proper immune protocol where the other ‘cookie cutter’ clinics were too narrow minded to try. In addition, he was the only doctor that actually remembered my name and didn’t make me feel like a number. Dr. Virro has nothing but integrity and an eagerness to make babies. He is the doctor that does what he does for the right reasons. I am a mom because of him and for that I’ll be forever grateful.

Had years of terrible experience with this doctor and his clinic staff. I am so glad he is retiring. Hopefully Dr. crystal Chan will do a better job.

I have three beautiful boys I did IVF twice first time got pregnant with twins but lost one vanishing twin symdrome then Second ivf got pregnant and had twin boys thee j no it’s thank you so much they are now 19 and the twins are 17

Dr. Virro and his team work tirelessly to provide exceptional care to their patients. Dr. Virro was our second fertility doctor after several IVF failures. He was willing to do the hard work and go above and beyond to find out what was making it so hard for us to conceive by looking for more rare underlying issues that most doctors don't look for and treated them with experimental but proven and effective treatments. Dr. Virro also did an amazing job preforming my uterine septum repair making my uterus a more typical uterine shape to improve my chances of a successful implantation. Without Dr. Virro and the MFC team we wouldn't be expecting our first baby in a few months. We are beyond blessed and deeply honoured to have been able to work with this incredible doctor and person who truly did everything he could to help us make our little mircle baby.
