These days it’s hard to find a family run doctors office that will treat you like family. Look no further and seriously consider Dr. Alzagatiti for all of your neurological needs and more! Dr AL and his wife have welcomed us into their family several years ago and treated, discovered, and referred with knowledge, understanding, and kindness. He will take all the time needed and make every available option a reality when treating you. The office is not a stuffy sterile environment. It is peaceful, welcoming, and run very well with a personalized experience each time you visit. Whatever results you are seeking, you will be highly satisfied with Dr AL and his never give up, can do attitude. It’s important to be able to form a personal connection with the person who’s devoting their time, wisdom, skill, and compassion. These are all things you will experience with Dr AL as your neurologist. I also suggest making an effort to respect his wife, as she will fight for you and is a huge asset!

I took a family member to this doctor and first of all the woman who runs the office is so RUDE!! I have never seen anything like this. You call and she puts you on hold forever and if you hang up and call again she chews you out for hanging up. Unbelievable. And each and every time we had an appointment, the doctor spends 5 minutes with you! Do not go to this doctor!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After having seen Dr. Al in 2018, I received a very rude call from his office manager, today March 2, 2020, saying that she had sent me two bills for $21.00 and that I was going to be sent to collections???? Somehow I have never received any billing from this office and asked her to please send me a bill explaining what I owe and I will happily pay it. She said that she was unable to send me a bill (because she had already sent me two). "Just give me a credit card and pay me over the phone". Why after 2 years did it take so long to follow up on a balance that was (supposedly) due? I asked again to please send me a bill. She could not confirm my billing address and did not take the time to get my new address. . Very unprofessional behavior. The call ended with her telling me that I would be sent to collections. I would have gladly payed the balance if she had been able justify it.

We have moved to a different Neurologist because his wife who runs the office is intolerably rude and discourteous. Many times when we have been in the waiting room we have heard her berate persons she was speaking to on the phone. She phoned my wife about a missed appointment and began the conversation with; "you owe me $35" in very unfriendly voice.
I will not tolerate verbal abuse from anyone.

The doctor's wife is awful. She belittles her patients and verbally abuses them. My husband stopped seeing Dr. Al after 2 years because he couldn't bare to see his wife for another visit. It's awful to think that patients go to him for help yet they receive verbal abuse from his wife.

Dr.Al is the best in town. Never had a problem with him or the staff. He has been the only one that I have seen, that takes time with me to answer any ? that I have had. The staff are very nice also. I have seen a lot of Dr's until I found him. Love Dr.Al

Dr's wife, is a so rude! I can't believe how she treats Dr's clients. I've seen previous reviews and all are bad in regards to her. The Dr. is great. I hope he sees all the reviews and does something about her unethical behavior, plus she's really annoying.

dr. al is a great doctor, unfortunately his wife (the office manager) is a horrid woman. I went to him for about 5 years. when the controlled substance law changed they wouldn't not refill my prescription until my appt (apt hog my script was due to be refilled a week before said appointment. their receptionist founded over and over. they tried to squeeze me in a week before my appt so I could fill my pain medication, they gave me a days notice. when I couldn't come up with $200 for my visit within a day for the unscheduled appointment, his wife told me I was dropped as a patient. she refused to give my my medical records or even a copy of my diagnosis and medicines so I could see another dr. she also threaten to call the police on me if I came to the office to get my records as well as call my mom and divulge my medical information. super unprofessional. pretty sad cause dr. al is a really good guy.

Does not like to work with Veterans. Falsifies medical records (claims to perform test during exam but does not). Does not listen to patient. Does not look for cause/cure, but is happy to treat patient with medication until they die. Possibly the worst doctor ever.
