My 92 year old mother was there for a post op exam on her shoulder. She can barely use her good arm, and definitely not the other one. She had on a jacket because it was raining. She's on oxygen, and uses a walker. Her appointment was at 2:30, at which time they took her back and put her in a room. Then she was forgotten...after an hour, I got angry (she texted me saying she had seen no one, and that she was sick.) and went back there. I told them I was angry at Dr Edwards because she'd been left waiting for an hour. I admit I was angry, and the doctor told me to go back to the waiting room. I told him no I was going to get my mother and take her home. He told us to never come to his clinic again. We are changing doctors...what if she had fallen, or passed out? One hour is simply negligent behavior! Even a 92 year old deserves respect!

Dr most always seems in a rush to get in and out of the visit. But he still seems very knowledgeable.

The staff is very unprofessional. All appointments have run 30 mins plus getting in at appointment time. He does not spend any time with patient.
