He is my favorite doctor. He took care of my skin cancer on my nose. It looks great. I give him and his staff 5 out of 5 stars. Wonderful office!

Doctor was running very behind schedule BUT worth the wait! We had tried several other doctors and specialists for my husband's skin infection. Dr. Goran was the first and only one who took the time to really investigate what was going on and got my husband on the correct medications. He followed up with other appointments, too. i can tell he likes "a tough case" or to figure out a real tricky diagnosis. We are thankful he is now my husband's dermatologist. His office staff is wonderful and caring.

I like his no nonsense approach, and the fact he doesn't try automatically use the newest most expensive medication. He starts with the inexpensive treatments and only escalates if they do not provide a satisfactory result.
