I found Dr. Kefer to be very friendly and easy to talk with. In general, the wait time was pretty short for appointments. The office staff are very friendly, which is such a big deal! So even when you do have to wait a little, it's not so bad. My only complaint is that I found the practice wasn't very encouraging with breastfeeding issues. They were certainly concerned with my child, but rather than try to help me troubleshoot the breastfeeding issues, encouraged more formula feedings. My child is healthy and happy, and that's of course the most important thing.
