Incompetent staff. Once they ordered the wrong prescription and it took 6 months for us to be reimbursed. I have tried 3 times at least to get a shot, came in for the appt. to get it, and they did not have it. I had blood work done, and the computer record showed "deleted." Just before they prepared to draw my blood a second time (and I waited a half an hour to for this) I asked if they were sure they didn't have the results. The lab technician said - "oh,...'deleted' means we sent the lab work to another lab (at least they did that, so I wouldn't have to pay out of pocket - that's GOOD) Anyway, they then found the lab results. I then reminded them nothing had yet been mentioned about getting the shot ordered in, since they hadn't yet gotten it in for that appointment. So they gave me a prescription. I phoned later explaining that I can't get it filled, they have to call the insurance company and a special pharmacy to order the shot. A week later, called, still not ordered.

My appt. was schedule at 11:15am. I am all paid and ready to see the doc. by 11:10. After half an hour of waiting I checked with nurse that is she running late? Nurse says let me check and comes back after 5 min saying they are getting rom ready shouldn't more than few mins. After that I am in exam room for another half an hour. Finally at 12:15 Doc. comes in, I am frustrated by that time. I complain to doc. saying this is too long of the wait just fo have my prescription filled. She DOES NOT APOLOGIZE instead she says she has to see 30 patients a day and if she does not she can get fired!! this is how it is. and If I don't like to wait I have to find another doc. she repeated that at least three times before my appt was over.
