Dr. Tsai was with Rex Healthcare in Holly Springs, NC prior to moving to Canada. He is a knowledgeable physician who is a great communicator interacting with patients (me). His concern for the well being of his patients is above & beyond the call of duty.

Dr. Tsai answered all my questions and explained every medication he prescribed, including why he was prescribing it and what symptoms it was designed to treat. He even commented on significant side effects I might encounter. It was very easy to get an appointment with him as well.
