I had been a patient of Dr. Passano’s since I was 18, along with my mother before me. I trusted and admired her. When I became pregnant with my first child I had to switch my OBGYN due to where I worked and the nearest, most convenient hospital to deliver and have appointments at. One weekend when I was having a medical emergency, I called Dr. Passano”s office asking for help. I never received a call back and a few days later received a letter saying I was formally discharged from the practice. When I called to question what was going on, they never let me speak to her and said because I seeked care elsewhere I was no longer her patient nor could I see anyone else in the practice. I was shocked. She never knew my situation or emergency and has made it impossible to return to the practice. How inhumane, insensitive and unspeakable of an action to do as a caring professional. I will never recommend this practice to anyone.

Worst OB EVER! Disgraceful bedside manners. Shouldn’t be allowed near any patients ever - let alone a pregnant one. She’s mean and has an ego like never before. Anyone who has had the extreme misfortune of having her as their doctor has the most horrendous tales to tell. She has zero compassion, zero kindness, zero sense and zero professionalism. If I could, I’d tell this from the rooftops - DON’T GO NEAR THE WOMAN!

I do not know why the last reviewer gave her so many stars. Basically this doctor is nice sometimes but when she is in a "mood" she is not at all nice. I just don't get it, but I will never return.

Dr. Passano had been my doctor for 12 years. Recently, I called to confirm an appointment. When I called they said that I didn't have an appointment.I told the receptionist that I spoke with Dr. Passano a week prior and we discussed that I was coming in to speak with her about becoming pregnant.Dr. Passano said great and she would see me the following week.I then asked the receptionist to have the dr call me. I was not able to answer the call when the dr called, but she did leave a very nasty message on my voicemail stating that I yelled at the receptionist! She said that if I wanted my records she would send them to me so that I could go elsewhere! How dare she say that when I never mentioned anything of the sort.I decided that I could never have Dr. Passano continue as my dr, NOR deliver my first child! I received my records today and there was a note, "Please never allow back" with her initials. NEVER GO TO THIS DR. NOBODY DESERVES THIS TREATMENT. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL
