Staff is terrible enough to really mess up the first impression. Receptionist is not very welcoming and I got stuck in a huge traffic bumper to bumper traffic jam and when I called to let them know I was told I'd have to pay a 50$ no show fee if I couldn't get there in the next 15 mins

Changed to Dr. Monique Golding recently and found her and staff to be caring and knowledgeable. Addressed several problems I have endured for several years with no positive results from other physicians, but Dr. Golding accurately diagnosed problems and prescribed treatment that worked. I am a senior and totally satisfied with Dr. Golding and Chattanooga Family Practice.

Worst doctor office I've ever been to. Uncaring staff that are rude and unhelpful. WAs there 3 times for the same illness and still they could'nt help me.
