Dr.McKenna was our family doctor for 4 years. For 3 of those years he ignored and denied concerns related to one of our children rather than making us a referral to speak with a specialist. We found a specialist on our own to address our concerns & found out we were 100% right to be concerned and our son in fact has a disorder related to these concerns. If I had not gone above Dr.McKenna and looked out for my son on my own, he never would have gotten the help he needed.

Interesting exchange. My symptoms were chronic for two episodes lasting more than 14 days. He insisted that I take over the counter drugs and rest. Symptoms wrosened. Went to another doctor and received the antibiotic needed for the "infection" and was fine within 24 hours. I cannot recommend Dr McKenna as in both cases he did not diagnose or treat appropriately.
