Loved him. Sad he retired. Was the only one in all my years of back pain to help me.

Came into the eyedoctor I was at and yelled at the reception staff and got in the face of a client over a miscommunication. Would not want that crazy man anywhere near me.

Excellent surgeon` best decision I ever made. I would do it again in a heartbeat. Took 3 hours and went home. I didn;t even need pain pills

I don't hold any of the staff responsible for my experience with Dr. Baker. He was pleasant in his office and did a great job on my surgery (inside) of my neck. But the stitches on my neck left me with a scar that looks like something a person unfamiliar with plastic surgery would do. Also, I requested to see the Dr before the procedure and he barely showed his face to me as the elevator doors closed. I never saw him after the surgery, nor the morning I left after the surgery. He sent someone in his place to discuss the surgery with me the next morning. I even saw him a few years later when I held a door open for him. He stared at the scar on my neck, never looked at my face, and didn't say a word to me... not even a courteous 'thank you'. I have had many surgeries but never with a rude doctor. Inside my neck, A+ Outside my neck, an F for the scar, as was bedside manner.

Both appointments I had I waited over an hour and when the epidural shots did not go well he told me it was all in my head even though the MRI showed severe degenerative disc disease disc uncovering, sublaxtion, ligament hypertrophy etc. I believe this is because I am on medicare. Was totally disrepectful.

Dr.Baker is awesome!! I had a C5/6 cervical lamenectomy and fusion. Surgery went like clockwork. I was in the hospital overnight and on my way home the next day. I only had to take narcotic meds for 3 days and recovery was great. He is an amazing physician and I am more than thankful for his skilled hands and the assistance of my own Dr. Kazmyra.

Dr. Baker did minimally invasive back surgery on me and I am now pain free and back to work and doing everything I used to do prior to my injury. Great surgeon, I would highly recomend him.

Dr. Baker is the rudest and most condesending Dr,iv'e ever met!I have had cronic back pain for 26 years, surgery in 1985,1986,1987,the last one being a fusion and exploratory. Now i had surgery3/23/11 by Dr. David Baker. My point being iv'e met lots of Drs.,different neuros, orthos etc.I have never met a meaner Dr. than DR. David Baker. Not to mention he left me with different pain.
