I have been seeing Dr. Kranz as my family doctor for about 15 years. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, thorough, professional and kind. Excellent in every respect.

Dr. Kranz was very very rude and nasty to me. She yelled at me just for stepping out of the room. She was nasty and impatient. Needless to say, I would never go to her again, unless I want to be abused. She's a poor excuse for professionalism. The staff was very nice. One of the staff apologized to me for the Dr.s rude treatment of me.
