I visited Dr. Zinon Pappas and his wonderful staff at the new CAO offices in Frederick after suffering lower back pain which was affecting my quality of life and causing me not to enjoy my favorite pastime, long distance running. My running had become almost unbearable. Instead of training for marathons, I was barely able to get around the block. Dr. Pappas evaluated my situation, ordered an MRI and Physical Therapy, and ultimately performed an epidural injection into my lower spine guided with the MRI results. The effect was like night and day! I followed up with him again for a trigger point injection and in just a few days was back to feeling as good as new. Now, three weeks later, I'm excitedly planning my next marathon! Thank you Dr. Pappas for not only helping to alleviate my back pain but for increasing my happiness and mental well being. You are a Godsend!!!
