Three years ago I had a positive experience with her so I went back when I had another neurological problem. She simply looked at the blood work done by the referring physician. She told me I had diabetes. The thing is that I have been a Type 1 diabetic for many years. Then she told me I had high cholesterol. I explained that it's my HDL, good cholesterol, that's high. She doesn't have a clue about lipid panels. That's not even her specialty. She did not discuss my neurological issue. She sent me for a brain MRI and when I called she said it was fine but she told me to come back because she needed to examine me for a pinched nerve. However, when I went back she didn't examine me at all. She gave me a script for PT, but when I went to make the PT appointment I realized she put the wrong name on the script. This is the short version of my horrible experience with this totally incompetent physician. STAY AWAY FROM HER!!

In a time of an emergency, Dr. Carniciu's only response was to have me schedule an appointment in two months.
