This doctor has now moved to Knoxville TN stay away.

Dr Miller yelled at me when I asked why he was saying my MRI was fine when the report showed definite problems. He did this with the door open and other patients walking by. He was very angry and disrespectful.

this doctor only wants to do injections, that require approval. I told them I had a bad finical situtation and made a appointment but only saw a NP that had no athority to change anything. I am taking ultram and every time I walk in the office they do a drug screen, even when they are not prescribing any thing. Chattanooga has the worst primary and pain management doctors. I have asked BCBS for a case manager to go to a different office in a different town
