I just had surgery on my shoulder, and I could not be happier. Let's start with the team: Dr. Fraipont's group is AMAZING. From reception, to his personal assistant, to everyone on the operating room floor. I received nothing but kindness and attentiveness from my first consultation through surgery. The day I had my surgery, everyone was empathetic, kind, thorough and extremely professional. It was a well-oiled machine in the operating facility and I could not be happier with how things were conducted. I have received the best aftercare. The day after surgery, Dr. Fraipont called to tell me that things went well and to tell me to reach out if I needed anything during the first week of healing. After a week, I had an appointment and he explained the entire surgery with photos. He was thorough and kind during his explanation and immediately set up another visit to make sure things were going well with my healing. I've known exactly what to expect because he involved me in the process every step of the way. Honestly, I don't think I could have made a better choice of physician to work on my shoulder and I would recommend his expertise to anyone who needed medical care for an injury like mine.
