I went to this doctor to get a second opinion and proceed with treatment for a rhuematological issue. I had to wait an excessively long time for an appointment even though I had stated I was very sick. All records were sent to her prior to appointment. She was completely unprepared, was angry about questions, sarcastic, and didn't order necessary tests to proceed with my effective treatment. When I insisted on necessary follow up test be done, tests were bungled at the facility, Austin Regional Clinic. Was so angry about questions that she wouldn't see me and I had to complain to the clinical manager, after which all got worried about malpractice and "ganged" me, refusing to give me my medical records OR send them to next doctor. Horrible experience!
