Triple booked patient appointments at the Pahrump clinic. There was a two hour wait ! Totally unacceptable for people who work and self-employed folks. This was at 8:30 am !! Three of us walked out. Would give him a zero for punctuality if I could.

Dr. Stephen Becker has been one of my favorite physicians to always visit. He is extremely thorough and worked very hard to relieve my sinusitis over the recent years until surgery was the only option. Dr. Becker is not extreme in care which is a relief. His solutions are simple for before and after surgery care. His office staff is small, but extremely friendly. The staff guided me on what to expect, how to prepare, and what to do with my insurance prior to surgery. They remember your face and even asked how my vacation was! They does require the patient to know if Dr. Becker is in network for their insurance plan and that can be a headache because you have to contact your insurance, but as another healthcare worker you should be aware of this well before your initial office visit. Overall, I completely trust Dr. Becker with all of my ear, nose, and throat issues!

Impolite, discourteous, uncivil, ill-behaved staff which treat patients roughly, unmannerly and rude. Dr. Stephen Becker is Okay but the receptionists and secretaries treat customers like garbage; they are rude, not courteous and not customer friendly at all. They ask patients to call their insurance and do all the paperwork for insurance. They don't call you as they promise, you have to call this office several times to find them and they don't remember about your history with them even if you just talked to them a day before. If you ask them questions they would hang up the phone on you. The office culture is totally against patients.

Have been seeing him for impacted cerumen for yrs. Had then developed chronic sinus issues, and he surgically opened them up. 6 yrs later, I've got recurrent sinusitis (no polyps) and saw a different doc. Turns out, Dr. Becker is KNOWN to be TOO conservative in his surgical approaches. He only 'dilated' the sinuses, and did not aggressively open them up as much as should have been done. Many other ENT docs at Northwestern Memorial Hospital know of his conservative approaches. In fact, they get many of his former patients who underwent sinus surgery under him and had the recurrence. thanks to his too-conservative methods. While he is a very nice, talented doctor, I would not recommend him becuase of his conservative approaches to medicine.

This DR IS AMAZING! He did a very complication surgery on me to remove a tumor from my Parotid gland and I have no complications. I am very very lucky to have had Dr. Becker do my surgery!
