Dr. Yeiser dismissed my 6 month old while she had an upper respiratory infection, pink eye, and also the SAME day they gave her vaccinations. The reason they dismissed my child, was because I verbally made a complaint to one of the nurses that the up front staff was very rude , not helpful, and just snobby every time you ask questions or have to call in about something. Dr Yeiser came in and she saw my daughter, I didn’t notice anything out of the ordinary during our visit... nurse comes in to give vaccines , after she leaves, We go to leave, and the practice manager stops me brings us back into the examination room, with my daughters records, stating they have decided to dismiss my daughter due to my complaint, and that way we can go to a doctor that makes us happy. Never have I EVER heard of a doctor dismissing a patient due to the patient making a complaint on the staff being rude... also NEVER have I EVER heard of a doctor dismissing a BABY the same day they administer vaccinations! I never made a formal complaint to the supervisor because I was ok with dealing with rude staff members in order to get what I thought would be the best care for my child. I’m leaving this review here so that others may be aware that Dr Yeiser will dismiss your child while they are sick and does not care what so ever if your child is able to receive care during the time they are sick. They never recommended another doctor for us to go to if we needed them or anything. My daughter could have had reactions to the vaccinations, and/or the antibiotics they prescribed that same day for the pink eye.

I love her excellent customer service. my little girl loves her even my husband loves her. very spiritual and loving woman
