Saved my life! Treated and got me expensive hep. C medication when down to the wire. Need I say more??

I found doctor Haugh to be very rude. He over talks you when your talking without fully listening or comprehending what your saying. He refused to refill my prescription which is sometime I have to take daily because I missed 1 appointment. Cindy has a very nasty attitude last time I spoke with her not only did she over talk me while trying to get clarification on my prescriptions and schedule appointment. I actually thought she was going to hang up on me. I had to ask her to shut up and listen. Needless to say I will no longer use Dr. Haugh as my doctor not return to his facility. Based on his attitude and the attitude of the staff they need to be shut down.

I would have rated the staff higher because the majority are very caring. But I have had problems with Cindy and she can have a very nasty attitude. I had a billing issue and had to involve my medical carrier (BC/BS) and Health Advocate for resolution. She was clearly not happy with me and I even felt like she was about to hang up on me. She would not return my calls. As for Dr. Haugh, I have been very pleased with him. He understands my medical condition and is very caring. He takes the time to work with me, answer my questions, and has very helpful advice. I am overall pleased with him and I have every intention to stay with him.

My husband and I are very unhappy with the care, or lack thereof, that we recieved from this provider. My husband was referred to Dr. Haugh when he was very ill. The doctor was largely dismissive of my husband's symptoms. The visit was a complete waste of time. My husband found proper care and treatment with a different physician. I will be writing a positive review of our new physician.

This doctor was extremely rude and demeaning. He is one of those anti-lyme doctors who has no courage, and will refuse treatment to patients with active lyme. One day someone close to him will get lyme, and he will change his tune, but maybe only to treat them and not his patients. He should be ashamed of himself and his cowardliness. Infectious disease doctor? You must be kidding. Also, nice portrait of yourself on the wall in the waiting room doctor Haugh. Full of yourself much? You really should feel ashamed for not treating many of your patients. If you have lyme do not bother going to this doctor, he will not treat you and you will have wasted time and money.
