My first time here and just going into the building was strange. But anyway i Filled some paperwork and all that and was called back quickly. I was seen by 2 asst. Took my blood pressure and so on. They were very nice. But than this woman comes in says she a NP, barely shakes hands. talked a little answered questions and than shehad ly back on the table for an quick exam. Than when I was leaving she tells me,:make sure I do hygiene everyday and when I have Dr.s appts. I was shocked I didnt know how to respond. I couldnt stop thinking about that. I feel really bad after that. I wasnt dirty. Im not dirty. What I do know I dont want her near me ever again. That was very rude I think.I was suppose to see a Dr. not this B***tch.

Wait time is horrible and staff will not greet you. I signed up for this Dr only because I had to, he was the only Dr taking covered California that dealt in Cardiovascular Disease. After 4 visits I have yet to be seen by him, usually its some Indian Dr that is unable to enunciate English words. I do not feel that this person is very competent and can not wait until I can get off this plan so I can go to Drs that at least instill some confidence in their abilities when they speak to you. I think that if I have a heart failure I will better off just shooting myself vs. having to trust this staff to make a decision. Just to show how incompetent they are, today I had a appointment for a ICD check, after a hour past my appointment time I was told that the technician was 20 minutes away. What really happened is that they never scheduled him in the first place and didn't call until after I was there for an hour, luckily he actually in the area when he was paged.
