Dr. Irwin appears to care about her patients in the beginning, but is insensitive or compassionate when it comes to finances. She would not continue treatment for my diagnosis until I paid in full what my insurance didn't. It changed my entire opinion of her. I had the money but asked for a payment plan since the costs for her services were outrageous. She would not give me the results of my biopsy until I paid and her nurse had to tell me. She wouldn't even tell me herself during my appointment. It was hurtful.

Dr. Irwin is very compassionate. When you talk to her and on follow up visits you can tell she really cares. Great doctor.
